High school students from Northglenn, Overland, Mountain Range and the Denver School for International Studies discussed recycling with their colleagues from high schools in Estonia at a teleconference held April 16, 2009 at Rocky Mountain PBS studios. The deliberation question was: Should our democracy require manufacturers to recycle their products?
