What does it mean to be Estonian or American? Should juvenile offenders be tried and sentenced as adults? Should the Bush doctrine be an element of U.S. foreign policy? These are the questions students from Cherokee Trails, Denver West, Horizon, and Northglenn High Schools discussed with colleagues from four high schools in Estonia at a teleconference held May 4. Students concluded that, while their views might differ, each country could learn from the other's perspectives, successes, and failures.
